The difference between co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies?
A co-exhibitor is one who presents his own goods or services, using his own staff at the stand of another exhibitor (the main exhibitor). An additionally represented company is any other company whose goods or services are offered by an exhibitor, who is also a manufacturer. Valid for both: co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies have to be registered on a separate form by the main exhibitor and a fee of EUR 200,- has to be paid.
What includes the "advance payment for services"?
For services which an exhibitor can use at his stand (e.g. electricity, water, telephone connections, technical services, lettering, supply of electricity, water etc.) a lump-sum advance payment of EUR 20,- net per sqm of rented space will be levied. The exhibitor will be charged/ refunded the difference between the actual costs of the services and the advance payment in the final invoice several weeks after the end of the trade fair.
Dates of setting up and dismantling
Setting-up: from 7 November 2007, 8am to 12 November 2007, 6pm (all delivery and stand-construction vehicles have to be removed from the halls and open-air area by 4pm).

Exhibitors' passes
Depending on the size of the stand, each exhibitor will receive a certain number of exhibitors' passes free of charge (stand size up to 20 sqm = 3 passes, 1 additional pass for each additional 20 sqm). The number of exhibitors' passes does not increase for co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies. Additional exhibitors' passes can be purchased at EUR 31,- from the trade fair management.
